Adjustments Needed

I must say, I was pretty disappointed when we didn’t have class this morning. I was really looking forward to another workshop session. I feel like I really need it. So, when I go the e-mail that we are doing the workshop on Monday, that made me feel a lot better. I’m having some issues with my paper. I’m trying to incorporate the movie so that the viewer understands my points (whether they have seen it or not) without doing a complete summary. However, there was some confusion about what I wrote for some of my previous workshop group, so I need to make sure that it is better now that I’ve made some revisions. I did add a bit more about the movie, and I think Meghan’s idea was great, but I just don’t feel like I should put that in my paper because I might make that more complicated than it needs to be also. There’s not really much more room for me to add more considering we can’t go over 5 pages (which I’m fine with) and I don’t want to add too much and confuse the reader even more. I’ve talked to some of you, and I know that some of us are struggling with this paper.

What are you struggling with most with this paper? Did the peer reviews help you? While you were reviewing others work did you think about things in your paper that need to be changed as well? Do you think you will continue your ideas in this paper for the next one?
