THE GIVER

There have always been sayings: "You get what you give".
Your personal measure of opinion, gives great advances on what not to do...

I am a human, and discover on a daily basis, the wrongs and rights.  I, unlike zombies, create my own destiny. CHOICE is a major factor in decision my decisions. In TAROT you work on yourself. While talking to the cards, your true self is revealed. You might ask, who am I?, or nothing at all?... The IDEA is to set balance in your life.
You might see the cards and see  yourself time and time again, and yet, you might want to draw again.
FIRST: Relax. Empty our mind.
SECOND: Draw a card (upside down is not bad)
INTERPRET.
Your feelings weigh a lot on this card. This is your self.

As for The Giver, a book I read almost twenty years ago, I still feel the suffering in my memories. I recalled Jonas before the ceremony seeing a glimpse of red on an apple that was thrown. I remember the moment he was given the "job" of keeper of memories. I hurt, hearing that some girls would be breeders...BIRTH MOTHERS...This was shocking. When I watched the movie, I only hoped that they could capture Jonas in his unselfish ways. He could bring understanding, care, and self-reliance to his community. This being said,  not a spoiler, the movie ended at a point where if you read it, he gave his last memory of warmth to the child. You will have to read how he did it and why...

  1. Could you imagine being regulated to become a master in a field without choice?
