Antidote from being a zombie

So, I have finished all of homework and seem to have nothing other to do other than blog, so here I am!
Lately it seems like I have fallen off of the face of the earth for this class for a week or so at least. I just want to say that I am really sincerely sorry about that. I lost focus and control over my problems. I.e. becoming that zombie that everyone has been talking about. With that being said, I have been doing a TON better compared to last week (I know... ALREADY)
I am a very scheduled person, and when I lose that sense of organization I kind of fall off the band wagon. To wake myself up from my “zombie-like” state I created a schedule for myself and am constantly on it. This morning at 6 I did beginner yoga (and man does it wake you up!) I feel so alive today. Possibly it’s because of the sun finally being out, or my new set, organized schedule or even my meds. But I feel like I have found my antidote to my zombie wounds.
I am writing this because I want you all to know if anyone gets stressed or overwhelmed or anything there is always a solution! I hope everyone has a great week, and I can’t wait until our next class!!
P.S. I wrote my Pick two essays on a French movie called La Horde and I think you guys will kind of like it!

(Yes it has subtitles so don’t fret and beware there is A LOT of cussing)
