What state is safest?

I have to say, I never really thought that my two years living in Kansas would be much useful in one of my classes. As I’ve discussed with Sabrina, Kansas is very boring and flat, and while I don’t think I would ever move back to Kansas, there are some things I miss about it. I wouldn’t have been able to see all the states I have if I hadn’t been out there to wrestle. I love Colorado, and even though Kansas is boring and Goodland wasn’t the best place, overall it was a good experience and I made some really good friends. I find it really interesting that my experience was helpful in the class. I actually didn’t know that Kansas was so into the “zombies”. (I found the part about Manhattan, KS interesting because I know someone from there.) Kansas is definitely a state that “does what they want to.” It makes me wonder who else has some “zombie” politics.

Who do you think are the top “zombie” states? Why do you think these states are into the “zombie” preparation? As we have discussed in class, West Virginia is one of the safest states. Do you think it would be just as safe during a zombie apocalypse?

Personally, I think that WV wouldn’t be the safest during a zombie apocalypse. I honestly think that somewhere in the Midwest would be, simply because there are no people around. There would be less zombies to worry about, and plenty of supplies because people wouldn’t think about going to Kansas or certain parts of Colorado.

  1. To adhere to the conversation...I do relieve the argument of West Virginia being so simple.
I have lived here most of my life. The apocalypse has done nothing except create chaos of the "Gross" negligence, of understanding and human nature.
